What HOWZIT® holds about you

Your name, your email address, your phone number, your timezone, what you tell HOWZIT® here about your English and your work, and the record of your lessons and credits. HOWZIT® needs them to teach you and to keep the record of what you paid for, so this is not something you are agreeing to — it is part of the arrangement you bought. None of it is used for advertising and none of it is sold.

Your CPF and your address are used only for your charges, which Asaas raises, and Asaas receives your name, email, phone, CPF and address from HOWZIT® for that. Your date of birth records that you are an adult, because HOWZIT® does not teach minors, and lets us greet you on your birthday. Your CPF and your address are never shown in a list, and whenever anybody at HOWZIT® opens them the platform writes down that they did.

Your sex is used for one thing: writing to you the way that suits you. It decides nothing about your lessons, your price or your teacher, it is never shown in a list, and prefer not to say is a real answer.

You can ask for a copy of everything HOWZIT® holds about you, or ask for it to be erased. Message HOWZIT® and an admin will do it.

Recording a lesson, or using a short video about one to promote HOWZIT®, is the one thing that needs your agreement, which is why it is a question in the form above and not part of this notice. Whatever you answer, you can change it later: message HOWZIT® and an admin will record it. Recordings and short videos already made are removed by hand, so ask for that at the same time.

If you asked for a trial lesson

HOWZIT® keeps your name, your WhatsApp number, your email and the answers you gave when you asked for the lesson.

We use these details to schedule and give your trial lesson and to talk to you about it. HOWZIT® may write to your WhatsApp, and email you, about the lesson.

We keep these details until you ask for them to be erased.

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask for them to be erased. Just message HOWZIT®.
